The Appraisal can be the most important component of your real estate transaction. Our agents will be present on the property when the appraisal occurs with price comparables in hand. Many appraisers come to the property from out of the area. They do their research and usually will search 3 comparable properties to find the property's value. We take it an extra step. Our agents usually know their territories better than most appraisers do. Therefore, we show up to the appraisal with many comparable properties in order to further authenticate the properties true value. We realize that a licensed professional appraiser is usually fully equipped with the experience and tools to appraise the property correctly. We are there to accentuate this procedure by having information ready to give to the appraiser upon request and to answer any questions regarding the property.
