Under this program You will have unlimited access to our training programs, both in the classroom and online. Access to our Agent Resource Center is also included under the Office Program. Our professional brokers will be available to assist you in every need regarding your career path and your transactions. We believe that you will not find a better program to help jump-start a new agent's career or be a "shot in the arm" for a struggling agent. Upon the closing of your transaction, a portion of the commission will be applied toward the "mentor" agent. This creates a "win-win" situation for both the agent and the mentor.
