This adds up to many hours in the work field for both the agent and the broker/owner. We are aware of the work that is put into the earning of a commission, it is because of this, that we choose to let our franchisee keep all of this commission. We don't charge excessive percentages of the commission as royalty fees because, usually, this charge is passed off to either the agent or the customer. By assessing a small transaction fee in lieu of a percentage royalty payment we allow our franchisee to maintain a profitable business relationship with both their agents and their clients without having to cut any corners in service or reduce the splits to their agents. It's a win-win-win situation for everyone involved - that's the way business is supposed to be!
